I Leave For Fort Benning In 30 Days. I have one more RSP FTX on the 19th then im gone the 4th. Any advice on what to do, or not to do at Fort Benning basic? Oh & 1 more thing. I have been running every other day, i stretch before i go everytime. And i still get pain in my legs, mainly in my shins and the inner thy, why? I have some good puma running shoes. Well, it never was a huge pain but a soreness. I went on a 2 mile like 2 hours ago, and after the 1 i was in so much pain that i had to walk the other, now im sore as crap. One of the Sgts at RSP said to just keep running and it would go away, thats what ive been doing but I dont want to get myself broke before basic.
