How do I get over the slump of failure?

I lost my very first business in Aug of last year and frankly I'm not over it yet! I lost everything I invested everything! So now I'm just a consumer again, I try not to think about it and just start over but I am afraid to start over in fact I don't want to do anything right at this moment. I never been this way before if I fail I get right back up ,but this time I'm just tired of trying! I just wanted to know how I can get back to my old running hard self again. I really need the advice of an entrepreneur who has failed but managed to build back up and now has a successful or satisfiable business, how did you overcome the blues of loosing and started back to winning. I had a event room/game room in a small town which is ran by vicious men who wanted to see my biz not make it by slandering my name,and stopping people from wanting to inquire about my biz. I am a female so some female advice would be nice,but I can take a friendly males advice as well.Everybody said I had a great idea but with all the promotion and give aways it still seemed not to work out..Smh..
