I am in the middle east, Yahoo India was igned to my account,unfortunately i cant understand hindu, help?

i live in the middle east ( namely Kuwait ) and when recieved some-mails from various indian groups that i have recently subscribed to , suddenly i discovered that my account has completely switched to Yahoo India ,all news , and other features were given either in English to match the indian fields of interest and culture, and some of them are in indian language that i am completely ignorant of,it is no doubt a mistake that i dont know how i would solve , please advise
