Use of Privilege Oyster cards?

I have no idea what you are talking about as I did not know you can have safeguarded National Rail travel facilities or Privelieged Oyster card. However, if you do have an issue or query regarding the price you are paying, you do need to speak to Transport for London. Only they can set your Oyster such that you get discounted travel.
