Is romeo and juliet a novel or a story ,and is it underlined?

It is a story, not a novel. It is a tragedy. It is a play. The title should be punctuated in whatever style your school prefers. However, it would be Romeo and Juliet with at least the proper nouns capitalized, regardless of whether you underline, italicize or use capitals.
