Is this possible......?

is it possible for a 13 year old girl to loose 8-9 kgs in 5-6 weeks, if i excercise every 2nd day and i do 4 hours of dancing once a week and dont eat any junk food, drink plenty of water and just eat fruit and veges and a littlebit of shredded white meat?
