Please rate my first team ever...?

its a failry balnced team. The only thing that i would do is drop one of your bench hitters and try to get another closer if there is one availible. Bench hitters are pretty much useless consider most of your hitters will play every day. I would only have 1 bench hitter at most and try to pick up a pitcher or two. Since they only pitch every 5 or 6 days you can rotate your pitchers around much easier. Any hitters who arent gonna play every day are useless. Also middle relievers arent worth much either. You want either staters or closers who will pick up wins and saves and also have much more stikeouts. Even if a middle reliever has a low era its not gonna help you much cause they dont get enough innings to bring your era down much anyway. So maybe drop okajima
