Why didnt the UK and France declare war on the Soviet Union?
If the UK and France declared war on Germany for the invasion of Poland, why didnt France and England declare on the Soviets when they likewise invaded eastern Poland on 17th September. The western countries were not yet allied with the Soviets...so why no declaration of war?
