Why Was Reggie Bush Stripped of his Heisman?

USC sent their copy of Reggie Bush's heisman back to the Heisman Asociation as they are trying to wash their hands of Bush as well as OJ Mayo being that they are the two main reasons for the sanctions brought against USC.
