Itchy tingeling sensation...?

For the past few days, iv been getting this sensation all around my uper torso at random times... its like when your leg is asleep, except, its all over, and its 10 times worse. it actually feels itchy and painfull at the same time. do yu guys have and idea what could be causing this?
