How do I bring my grade up?

My stupid homeroom teacher has given the WHOLE cl a C because she says we talk too "much" and we don't read (thats wat my school requires). The whole cl is gifted and most of us are straight A students. Our parents are gonna kill us if we get a C(will be my first one). How can i bring my grade up if the grades close in a week? PLEASEE HELP!
