Who is this female country artist?

There was a female country artist who released a couple songs out on country radio maybe five or six years ago, but I can't remember what they were called. I know she had long dark hair, and for some reason, I think her first name was Cindy...does anyone have any idea who this might be? Its driving me crazy.
