Why do I find humans to be the most repugnant, vile and filthy animal in existence?

Did you know that the human race is the only species that has members that kill for fun and not simple survival? That we as a collective have done more harm to the planet in our short reign than countless species have for millions of years? That we battle over nonsensical "holy books" leaving a history stained with blood? That we would rather indulge in simple pleasures like smoking, and movies; than help another in need? I hear about "the effort" to end poverty and suffering but nothing has changed, I doubt anything ever will. We are motivated by greed and a variety of abominable factors, yes the human is truly a magnificent failure. Do you concur?
