Would you say he is flirting or no?

While at work, I was on my break , and I get a call from the front desk,,so I go to the front desk, and there is my ne cw supervisor, and he says "I heard you called the other supervisor for some extra hours, why didn;t you call me..I am so hurt",...so I tell him well I don't have your number, so he handed me a card, and he tells me to call him, and hes smiling and chessing, and then hes says I;ve heard alot of goog things about you" and says I gotta run,but give me a call...after he leaves, my other co-worker, says"Boy, he was smiling too hard, he didn't do that until you came up here'..Do you think it was flirting, and why is emphasizing for me to call him when him and the other supervisor I call are the exact same title/job duties do the same thing
