She just wants to be friends?

Me and my ex girl went out and lived together for 2 years we broke up 3 months ago..she said she wants to be friends after i was trying to get back with her. i told her i need some time to get over her and time to grow then 4 days later she IMS me to say hi. recently she has asked me question about if i got back with my ex after seeing a pic of us on facebook, who i went to a concert with. she asked me that twice,if im going to miss work again after missing the day before,she is real flirty with me she constantly flirts with me about making fun of me in a flirty way.she has opened conversations with me couple of times. i know she is an ex so she can be curious but if we are just friends why is she asking questions like this?
